Name: Satania (Snowfall)

Breed: Forsaken

Gender: Mare

Sire and Dam: unknown

Appearance: off-white skin with strange cobalt fiery-looking markings on her belly. Her horns and hooves are black. She's not as thin and skeletal as most Forsaken, being raised by a small pride of Terequine.

Personality: Since then being abandoned, she's pretty much hates families and everyone else. Satania stayed on the outskirts of the pride most of her life. As soon as she was capable of living on her own, she left and hasn't really returned to see her family, much to her foster-mother's dismay. Satania is anti-social and generally avoids any and all civilization. She is incredibly lonely, but refuses to admit anything. She is nocturnal, really dislikes mornings and tends to avoid open spaces. Satania preys on things smaller than her, reveling in being in control. She generally doesn't hurt things on purpose anymore, though will fight back if attacked. Her mind power tends to reflect earth-like abilities. Thanks to Warlord's meddling, Satania avoids Terequine, semi-afraid she'll go on a mindless killing spree.

History: Satania's pale white skin caused both parents to immediately abandon her. For several weeks, the tiny Forsaken foal stumbled from bush to bush in terror, knowing nothing, seeing nothing. She was found, near starvation, caught in a too-small cave by a pair of wolves. The Terequine chased off the wolves and immediately adopted the poor scared filly, giving her milk for the first time in her life. Given the name Snowfall, the Forsaken filly grew up relatively normal at first. Once she hit puberty, however, the Forsaken personality surfaced. She began pulling away from her Terequine family and wandering off more and more often.

She was found one day by a pair of Forsaken; one, a skeletal, dark blue creature that looked demented, and the other was an older Forsaken; pitch black with a bone-like face mask. The elder one began talking to her, telling Snowfall who she really was. Her foster mother found her one day and chased them off, but the older one only returned the next night, and the night after that. Snowfall began avoiding her family, even to the point of snapping at them when they 'bothered' her.

One night, she lost herself in the older Forsaken's eyes. Snowfall turned on her family and killed every single one of them. After she returned to herself, she looked around, blinking blankly at the bloody, unrecognizable pieces. She looked up at a hoof-fall, only to see the black Forsaken again, grinning at her from the shadows. Snowfall glared at him and turned to walk away, but was stopped by a physical force that locked her legs to the ground. She found out that night just how powerful an Ancient was. Recluse was similarly controlled by Warlord, who told them he was the only Ancient left. For a long time, he controlled her, taken to calling her Satania instead of her given name. He warped her mind to become more Forsaken, turning her into little more than a puppet for his amusement.

Hundreds of years later, the blue Forsaken, Recluse, had chosen to wander off on his own, leaving Warlord with only Satania to 'play' with. She managed to escape his control after years of throwing her mind at his mental barriers around her own. The mental lock around her mind shattered, causing Warlord to stagger. She rammed into his side, knocking him off the path they were traveling and took off. The side of the path turned into a ravine, which kept the elder Forsaken from following her until she was free. Despite his control, Satania's early years being raised by Terequine has made her stronger than the average Forsaken.

Since then, she has wandered the planet, avoiding anyone and anything except rodents and other prey, to satisfy her personal hunger. Thanks to Warlord, her mental powers are honed to a deadly edge, enabling her to 'catch' things and kill them with a simple thought. Occasionally, a consciousness does surface, but she stamps it down and ignores it.
